Had a last minute need to rent a car for a one-way drive and drop and Tatiana handled everything so smoothly. She confirmed a vehicle onsite, called hertz to confirm a one-way was possible, and had everything ready when I arrived. She exceeded my expectations and was so very kind in each interaction. I was impressed and thankful!

I landed at Mather and had the pleasure of dealing with the most professional, competent and friendly staff I have ever met in my entire 56 yr old life. I want to highlight who there were. I dealt with Tatiana, Kyle and Erwin and nother fellow who I forget his name, sorry. Suffice it to say, they saved my but! I had somewhat of a bummer experience as a General Aviation pilot with regards to "what can go wrong, will go wrong". My wife and I were about to blast off back home and we saw that we had a flat nosewheel tire. Kyle assisted me far above and beyond I would ever expect from anyone. I was able to get some air in it due to Kyle's assistance but it didn't hold as I found out at the run up area. I called the tower and they dispatched Modern to tow me back. Kyle (and I forget - I think his boss) towed me back from the run up area and were supper helpful. When we got it back Tatiana set us up with a rental car and I returned the next day to deal with the tire. The next day I was met with smiles and additional help as I struggled to get the tire off and then on the airplane. Don't worry none actually touched the airplane so no liability for Modern but they could not have been more helpful and it could not have gone more smoothly. I quickly got a new tube in the tire and I plasted off for home with my dog in the back. I was so happy it was all resolved and it was an absolute pleasure dealing the the awesome staff at Modern. Please let them know "THANK YOU!"
