We arrived and were greeted by Charles F. Who marshaled us into position. We were fueled and on our way quickly. Charles was friendly and competent. I love the fact the FBO had free Father's Day cards as well as a couple snacks that were different than what everybody else offers. (There were donuts beef sticks with the Father's Day cards.)

I had an outstanding experience at Rutland FBO, and I want to specifically recognize Loren for truly exceptional service. As a CFI and Beechcraft Baron pilot, I operate on tight timelines and understand how quickly small delays can cascade into major issues. On this trip, I was already running behind due to weather and flight planning, and I was at serious risk of missing a military funeral. A standard Uber or ground transport simply would not have gotten me there in time. Loren stepped in and completely changed the outcome. He had a courtesy car ready immediately, got me turned around with impressive speed, and ensured I could depart without delay. On the return leg, he went a step further and handled fueling while I was away, saving critical minutes that allowed me to make it back to Maryland on schedule. The level of situational awareness, urgency, and professionalism he demonstrated is rare. In all my years flying, I can honestly say this was some of the best FBO service I’ve experienced. It felt like true aviation support, not just line service. Rutland is doing it right. This is what modern general aviation service should look like. I’ll absolutely be back. I explained to your Rutland ramp guy I was there to drop off a passenger & needed a 100 LL top off for a quick turn. I was trying to get back to my home airport in time to make an appointment, that if missed, would take months to reschedule. He understood my situation fueled me up right away. I made my doctors appointment with 2 minutes to spare. Great job. Many thanks.

Very nice FBO location. Feels like a small family run FBO, which is a good thing. Both Loren and James who were there that day provided quick and correct service for our airplane. Will definitely return in the future.

Bryan Keefe did a great job leading the servicing team. It was a cold evening quick turn (original an overnight, but had to pick up another flight). He was helpful, polite and engaging with crew and passengers.
