You did everything great! On your survey no matter what number you click in the email it defaults to a 5 when it opens the browser so if you're working off your phone you may not catch that your 10 or your 1 was changed to a 5. It's a easy fix to hit the change my score button and adjust the 5 to whatever you wanted the score to be, however like me most people are doing 10 things at once and will assume the number the selected will transfer over and click submit without bothering to leave a comment. Bili at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The example of the art in customer service! Took care of us and our owners as well as earned an honorable mention to me from our logistics department for how he handled their phone call. I look forward to visiting modern aviation SAC again soon!
