Mary, the Ultrasound Technologist explained everything that would happen during my biopsy before it began . She also kept me distracted during the procedure. Dr. Garden, ensured that I had adequate anesthetic, prior to making her incision.

I was early for my appointment. I only waited approximately 7 to 10 minutes and was taken back before my appointment time. Tess. (mammogram technician.) was amazing. She was very gentle and explained exactly what it was. She was doing. The ultrasound tech was also amazing. I didn’t get her name. She also explained exactly what she was doing and was very gentle.
