1) The fact that, regardless of who the instructor is, the classes generally follow the same formula, with just the right amount of variations between instructors.
2) The laid back atmosphere ... that is not so laid back as to suggest that instructors are unprepared.
One thing I don't like - not about your classes but about some behaviours in the dressing room that I don't recall seeing in the early years - is that some participants aren't too mindful of their own ecological footprints. I've seen people turn on the hot water and let it run while they're getting their things at the cubicles. I've also noticed someone (more than once) spending an inordinate amount of time in the shower .... washing her clothes.
I enjoyed the quiet, serious atmosphere of the studio. I started my yoga journey at Moksha years ago and since then have visited and worked at others . I have to say that Moksha studio and Bikram have provided me the most benefits.
I also LOVE that you offer teachers free yoga I. July . I plan to purchase classes once the teacher special is over and will recommend you to my friends .
It's such a nice environment. I always feel welcome when I'm there and I feel like a part of a community. The instructors are great! They are knowledgeable and caring. I feel like I can go at my own pace and not be pushed beyond.
