I love how flexible/welcoming the classes are. I love that the room is SILENT and that classes are PROMPT and end on time, with the option of staying longer. I love that there is parking if I happen to have a car, and on a bus route otherwise.
Not sure if you're going to ask so I'll say it here...things I would like to see to make it more possible for me to come more frequently: more 1 hour regular moksha classes. I am not really interested in the other variations and unfortunately my toddler+full time work doesn't allow for more than an hour long class (unless you start offering babysitting!) I would however be interested in an "intro" type class where the positions would be introduced more formally and I could ask questions.
I would also find a 4-5pm weekday class useful (lets me get home in time fore dinner!)
I'm new to Moksha, but have been practicing yoga for quite some time. I was impressed with the recent Beats & Breath session — it was something I hadn't experienced before. I appreciate the opportunity to add a new dimension to my practice, and what better way than with live music?
