The owners and sales staff are always friendly and helpful. They usually have the parts I want in stock or can order them. There service department has put our 90’s vintage bikes back in working order. Highly recommended.

Mole hill bikes has been such an amazing business to work with. After years of buying cheap bikes from big box stores, and them breaking and not knowing how to fix them, we bought Mole Hill bikes! They have been so helpful and accommodating. If one of my boys breaks their bike, I can just drop it off and know it will be fixed in a timely fashion. Everyone has been so friendly and kind!

Aiden - I think I have his name correct - was awesome. We are pretty sure my ebike was stolen while we were eating lunch at Lil Gus' in Grottoes. SO FRUSTRATING!! Aiden was great and helped us find a great used one in your shop.

Drove a bit over 2 hours to purchase a mountain bike from Jordan and Molehill since they were one of the closest Giant dealers "near" me. Staff was great, they were able to set the bike up for me while I waited, let me test ride other bikes I was thinking about, let me test drive an e-MTB. Aiden got everything fine tuned for my size, Albert was there advising as well. Great shop, good selection of bikes, super friendly and honest. No complaints at all.

Entire staff was very knowledgeable. I was able to test ride several E-Bikes and found the one that best suited me. I was suggested a back seat pad that would allow for passengers, and my daughter absolutely loves riding with me! The whole process was smooth and quick. Thank you to the entire staff!
