My middle schooler had outgrown his bike, and two friends recommended Mole Hill Bikes to us. The staff member was helpful in finding the right size bike, pulling it for a test ride, and loading it into our small vehicle. (He showed us how to reattach the front tire.) My middle schooler's comment when we got in the car, "That was easy." He likes the design and ride of his new wheels, and I'm glad that he has a bike to ride again. Many thanks!

We had a great experience at Mole Hill Bikes and would highly recommend them to anyone considering an e-bike. Jordan Knicely was extremely knowledgeable about all of the e-bikes and took the time to answer all of our questions—which, as my wife will admit, were quite a few! We were able to test ride several different bikes and compare them before making our decision. We ultimately chose an Aventon Pace 500.3 for me and a Velotric Breeze 1 ST for my wife, and we couldn't be happier with our choices. We also purchased a Kuat Transfer V2 hitch bike rack, which has been a perfect fit for our Nissan Pathfinder. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right bikes rather than simply making a sale. We would highly recommend working with Jordan Knicely and the entire team at Mole Hill Bikes.
