Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were interested in the Aventon E-Bikes and were able to ride various models on site. Jordan took the time to explain each bikes features and make appropriate recommendations. Alfred is priceless! In just a few minutes Alfred helped me diagnose a problem with my Giant/Liv e-bike and identify the correct replacement part. Before speaking with him I spent more than an hour speaking with other Giant dealers who were unable to help and trying to reach Giant’s (nonexistent) technical support. If only I had called Alfred first.

Good selection of products. Most importantly, great service. We are just casual bikers. At alot of places they don't really have the time or patience for people like us. Here were are always given all the time and care we need to find what works for us to ensure we continue to always have an enjoyable ride as we age. We will alway keep coming back.

Jordan and team made our experience buying our first ebikes an absolute delight in virtually all ways. The industry knowledge, kindress and patience displayed were phenomenal. Jordan spent the requisite time with both of us (my wife andI) teaching and showing us the ins and outs and happily allowing us to ride what felt like dozens of different bikes! The shop was extremely well curated and equipped. We came back several times as we came to decisions. The service and attention and interest displayed were all excellent.
