I highly recommend Mole Hill Bikes. I purchased my e-bike there 3-years ago and have it serviced each time it's in need of repairs. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.

The Aventon Pace fits me perfectly. I am only 5'2" and I'm 70 yrs old. I used to ride a Harley and this way I can still get out for my wind therapy. The salesman was very informative. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch his name.

I've owned a number of Giant bikes over the years I've been pleased with them from the first one but I always promote Mole Hill Bikes whenever someone asks where to get a bike or have one serviced because all the staff there are really friendly, helpful and they know Giant bikes their not pushy sales people and they have always taken time to answer any questions I've had, they never seem to be just interested in a sale but to be helpful.

Once again, Jordan came through for us. We have bought two E-Bikes from him so far and we were in need of a new bike rack to handle them both. We went to pick up one model that we had looked at last year but he was able to set up with something newer and improved that had everything we wanted. The assembled the rack while we went and had lunch and when we got back, it was just about set up and ready to go. They answered all our questions and explained how everything worked. Definitely recommend this little shop to anyone with any kind of cycling needs.

Jordon i the best salesman! Doesnot pressure, very knowledgeable doesnt make me feel stupid when i ask questions that most people find answers to on line. How to i remove the battery on my 2 year old bike? Etc. The other sales folks are really knowledgeable also. Easy to talk to. The mechanic is also very helpful and makes suggestions

Everything y’all very knowledgeable y’all already know me well at least one person does at least so. That’s a good thing. You helped me a lot the only thing I don’t like is I’ll say it charge a five dollar fee for lube. Automatically But then don’t lube ? I’m not sure if there for regular bikes I don’t want no problems
