The price was the initial like, it was the reason I drove 2 1/2 hours to check the e-bike out. When I got to the store I was greeted very kindly and professional. My questions were answered, I was given a tutorial of the e-bike, the bike was adjusted for my height all with patience and a smile while I had my husband on the phone for part of it. The e-bike test ride sealed the deal. I like that they had a hill on property so I could get a true experience of how it would perform. Jordan also put my bike on the bike rack and showed me how to place it properly. I had a very good experience.

I needed a new bike helmet. They had a similar helmet that would work with the front and back lights that I had on my old helmet! They transferred the lights and even transferred my mirror to the new helmet at no extra charge!

All I can say is I wish this bike shop would open a location in Charlottesville! Incredible service and Jordan and Alfred are both just top-notch when it comes to diagnosing and working on e-bikes. I honestly can't thank them enough for warranting out a new motor on my Yamaha cross core RC! I can't believe the difference when riding it as it doesn't even seem like the same bike. Actually, it is so quiet you can't even tell it has a motor. Jordan literally can answer any question about anything that has to do with a bicycle. Highly recommend dealing with this great shop!

I was acknowledged immediately and my representative did a great job finding a bike that fit my needs. I ended up with a used bike, which was a great choice because I could get some premium features for a much lower price than what a new bike would have cost. I appreciate the good customer service.
