Recently, I called the day before and asked if I could get my bike "tuned up" as I had to be in Harrisonburg. Nothing was broken and there was no emergency. Alfred suggested that he could fit me in if I could arrive early. He did and, when I came to pick by bike up, he spent time telling what he did for my Gazelle and what I might do to prevent future problems.
