I appreciate your comment, Mrs. M. At every turn the Molly Maids ran short of your expectations and were unable to satisfy you mainly because you wanted them to do things we don't allow them to do. We do have scripts we use to ensure this sort of thing happens as rarely as possible. As a result of this incident, I will consider refusing jobs taken while the caller is driving, or at least follow up with a call when the customer is better able to focus on the information being presented. Again, I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
