Monica was amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and and honest. The process was very smooth and quick. In addition things were a bit dicey, as my husband and I were going through a divorce in the midst of the house sale. Monica went above and beyond for me! The home me and my boyfriend feel in love with was a home we almost missed out on because i was feeling grumpy and didn’t want to see the home. Monica told me to just give it a try she really thought i’d love it. She was so right!! We walked in and just fell in love she got our offer in that day and then the process just went super fast and smooth after all that! We got in so fast like six weeks! She answered every single one of my hundreds of questions and then she answered them again when i forgot the answer. She was so helpful, kind, and really on top i’m of it all. Always available 24/7 10/10 recommended!
