I like the depth of facilities. Having exercise equipment, a pool, and a steam room are musts for me to feel like a health club membership price is warranted. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Facilities are clean. I never feel like I can't get to the equipment I want to use.

I like the quiet, relaxing atmosphere at the MAC. The staff is friendly and helpful. I swim laps, use a few exercise machines and the sauna. Would LOVE these additions: an infrared sauna (so helpful to people with autoimmune/arthritis conditions) and a cold plunge tub. Very pleased with my gym membership.

Like the gym but the music volume has been increased too much recently. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]'t mind the music but when I can still hear it through my Bose headphones it is a bit too loud. Otherwise I enjoy the facility.

All in all my experience is positive although a little concerned about the woke ness of the mens locker room signs advising " don't be one of those guys, wear a towel in the sink area" which is steps from the locker room and in full view of the sink area. Seems to me that any man offended by the nakedness of another man in a mens locker room, that person should not be in a mens only locker room. I hope this woke attitude doesn't infect our club.
