We love the current team at the Mayfair campus. With two kids in different rooms, we have had the pleasure of interacting with almost everyone working on this campus in spring 2025. Without exception, this Mayfair team has been kind, caring, and dedicated in every interaction. Our older child struggled with several staffing transitions in Garden Level during his first year, but Irene and Arleth have established a mindful and vibrant classroom that he loves being a part of now. Our younger child absolutely thrived in his first year in the toddler room with Thea and Claudia and has transitioned easily to Main Level this summer. Courtney has been a steady guide through it all and has built a truly wonderful team full of gems. Treasure them!

Our Mayfair campus of MCDH has a special place in my heart already. It’s been our daughter’s first year in a primary classroom and we love our teachers, the investment and feedback/ interaction we have with them and most of all the safe environment for social and personal development for our child. There are big and little things that mean the world to us- the way she tells me about her friends (boys and girls) that she enjoys playing with, even new foods that she wants to try because a friend had it in her lunch. This is a magical time for us, and we are so happy to have this special place that so much love and work goes into creating from the campus team and teachers.

Professionalism, knowledge, warmth and helpfulness of the staff; thoughtfulness behind the inviting design and configuration of the learning spaces and overall cozy, organized and attractive atmosphere; regular communications to the community of parents with clear guidance, timely information, sharing of what the children are doing, photos and ongoing education about the Montessori methods; secure campus, healthy snacks, nice playground, and options for Spring Camp, Summer Camp and after school care.

We have been with MCHD since my son was 19 months old - he is now in his 2nd year in the primary classroom and my youngest is in the toddler classroom. I cannot imagine getting through the ups and downs of parenthood without this incredible community of teachers, educators and leadership. Thea and Claudia are so amazing with the toddler classroom and foster such growth and independence that I certainly couldn’t do at home. They are both incredible people who truly love children and are here with you every step of the way. Rubina, Fatima and Rachel have been so incredibly supportive and nurturing of my son in the primary classroom. I truly feel so lucky that they are shaping his early years of education. Courtney is one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. She is absolute treasure, as is the whole leadership staff! Jackie, Sarah, Danee- they make an effort to know each family and it sincerely makes a difference.

Your staff create an atmosphere and acceptance for our children to become exactly who there are her to be. Courtney is the right leader at this campus and I really like our classroom team. (Garden level primary). The Mayfair campus holds timeless treasures from the history of the building to the children who have come through this classrooms.
