There is something for everyone of all ages. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have become acquainted with many people and I have grown with the Y during all seasons of life.
I always take note of the activity calendars and when I can become involved, I will. Many thanks.
I feel that the sports director (Mr: LoMonaco) is doing an amazing job and taking a huge effort to improve the sports programs. He has done a lot of awesome things for the kids and I’m excited about the future of the programs because of him!
I like that there isn’t music blasting all over the building. The child watch team is very friendly and the front desk is very welcoming as well. The ac, especially in the lobby can be turned up a little. It’s freezing.
My mom is a senior, she enjoys the senior group classes and field trips. Recently had a great time in YMCA Camp. Provides connection, socialization, and fitness. I like kid’s watch, that allows parents of younger children to exercise.
I love the variety of classes. I try to attend Silver Sneakers 3 or 4 times a week. They have different instructors for each class. I like it a lot b/c each instructor teaches a little bit differently. You get a more complete experience of working out.
