I like the Y because it's agreat place for adults and children. Love the group classes as well as the small group class like kettle bell. There are activities that fit every need.
I love the exercise classes. There is something for everyone. It's also a great place to make friends.
I also love the book club and Camp Cullen. The book club always has great, thought provoking discussion. And Camp Cullen is a wonderful way to experience the youthful joy of summer camp.
I love the exercise equipment. With the recent addition of equipment at the Monty Ballard YMCA, I was hoping that the Matrix Aura Lateral Raise would be included. I would love to see that addition in the near future.
There are a lot of options and schedules.
We need more leg press machines, abductor machine and glutes. There are more machines for men than it is for women. No all women can do heavy weight lifting due to medical conditions.
The programs are organized and all the key dates are communicated clearly from Scott. I think Scott has done a remarkable job in transforming the Monty Ballard YMCA youth sports program.

Staff are excellent…skilled & helpful! Many classes are offered for a variety of levels…and lots of fun. Facility is clean and user friendly. I always feel welcome and valued.
You finally got all new machines and now you’re putting things in the free weight room with the free weights, which is wonderful,
And the arrangement that you have it set up in is
perfect and there’s a girl named Stacy she’s in the workout rooms with the machines. She is so smart and so quick and she knows so much. She’s an inspiration to me and a lot of friends.
Please give her a little recognition. She works hard.
