The staff are genuinely very kind and friendly for the most part. My dad seems happy there. The place is usual clean and it doesn't smell like urine like other facilities. The therapists are quite good and they keep me up-to-date. Dad says the food is pretty good. The administration does respond to questions most of the time. That's a little bit inconsistent but better than I've heard about other facilities.
Their nursing staff is extremely caring. My dad seems to have positive relationships with them. The administration has been more responsive recently, and I hope that continues. They seem to be taking good care of the residents. They are extremely friendly and very willing to help.
The staff are very friendly. My aunt is a resident. She is a deaf mute. She has a low functional level, but is very friendly and engaging. The staff has embraced her and do their best to communicate with her.
At times, the center does seem to be a bit short staffed. When calling, the phone rings many times before anyone is available to answer. Overall, the team does a good job reaching out to families with important information. The care is sufficient.
It is in a good atmosphere. Everyone that is there is friendly. They kept pushing my husband forward and they made him work hard to get back where he is going. His therapy team had him multi tasking. We just loved it there.
