The product seems excellent and the price was very good. I was able to find almost exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was also prompt, and unlike past experiences with other companies, no walls or hand rails were bumped or scratched or anything of the sort.
The sales person we worked with was Bob Akers, he did a great job in showing us three mattress (Temperpedic, Sterns & Foster & BeatyRest Black. We have an 11 year old Temperpedic currently, we wished to move to a King mattress at this time. My wife and I visited about 6 Mattress stores in Florence and to decided to work with Bob and Morris Furniture for our purchase.
We decided on a King Adapt Temperpedic. It felt right and we hope this mattress will work for us many years! I would like to thank Darlene , Store Management who worked with Bob and us on getting everything done. She has strong customer service skills, product knowledge and really wanted to work with us.
The store was great to work with, however the first delivery team that brought only one half of the base, 2 pillows,mattress cover and didn't take away old bedding . The mattress and the other half of the base was missing!!! I asked the person who had me sign for it to show me the order and I showed it didn't match my purchase sheet. I asked if he could stay and we could call the store. He said he had to leave and ran to his truck and left. I was very upset by this situation and Darlene happened to handle my call that night, Again she listen to me and even heard me ask the delivery person to stay for the phone call with the store. She called me back a few times and worked out a delivery the next day, gave us a discount and took control of a bad situation! I was close to having this order cancelled.
The 2nd delivery team did their job! Seem to be hard workers with a good attitude bringing my stuff at 8pm at night.
I will consider Morris for my future purchases because of good products, Bob Akers and Darlene!

We like the chair. Fortunately, Daryl in receiving opened the door and let me have my chair. The salesperson is completely misinformed about pickup days and times. You should overlay the customer pickup printout to show the days and times. Daryl saved the day and customer for you.
