I had a very pleasant shopping experience. Becky was very helpful and used her knowledge of cycling to help me purchase a Trek mountain bike that fit me, and my level of experience. Becky made sure I had the tools and equipment( some I probably didn't need, but hey, what's life without an upsell?😉😁) so I would enjoy my re-entry into mountain biking.😊

Becky sold us a couple X-country ski packages. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We haven't picked them up yet since they weren't ready to go but I expect no issues.

I am a beginning cycling enthusiast, and Becky was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and found the perfect bike for me. She respected my budget and found the perfect bike for my needs and experience. Because the bike was on sale and below my budget, I was able to add some extras. Wonderful "no pressure" sales ethic. I definitely recommend Mortl's.
