You had the product that we needed for our electric bike, a replacement battery, at a very good price. the only issue was that it took a few days longer to get here but I think it was the fault of the Postal system and not your company as I followed the tracking of the package.

You guys are the best in town! Your team is super professional and have been incredibly helpful when stopping by even without an appointment. I appreciate that although you were incredibly busy and needed me to come back another day… the staff made sure my bike rode safely (quickly tightened up rear brake) before I left the store. One appointment later, gears, brakes and new chain makes the bike run like new. Thanks again!
