The service and repair people are helpful and competent. They do necessary repairs in a timely manner and contact you once the work is done. They are honest and up-front about pricing, also. I bought my bike from them and have used them for service on this bike and others bikes I have owned. I would not hesitate to recommend them—and do so when someone asks about bike repair or purchase.
