Solomon, my strength & flexibility coach, is brilliant. I’m in my mid 50’s and from my first session to my second session my progress was evident and measurable. I’ve had 3 back surgeries between 2010 and 2012, and 7 years later, I’m still battling inflexibility, spasms & leg cramps. Solomon was knowledgeable and knew what to target, and how to target, the areas I needed to address first. The staff at Motion Dunwoody are excellent. This Memorial Day Weekend I had my annual bbq, and I encouraged 2 female friends of mine, and my ex wife, to look into Motion, over their current 2 to 3 visits a month to a masseuse.

After my session, I was able to run pain-free for the first time in a few weeks. I liked the targeted focus on the spots causing me trouble. A great complement to PT!
I asked my massage therapist to work on my glutes, as they tend to get too tight. The massage/stretch I received was exactly what I needed! I felt looser afterwards and she identified exactly where my tension points were. I was so impressed that I purchased a membership! I'm really looking forward to going back.
I have degenerative discs in my neck and I am trying to avoid surgery. Unlike other people who simply worked on stretching my neck, Jana also works on other areas that may be contributing to my issues. I have had some definitive relief since I started my weekly sessions. It has helped more than any physical therapy I have tried.
Before coming to Motion, I saw a Chiropractor several times a month. Though the chiropractor helped, I still had issues with my lower back, neck and calves. Since starting my membership with Motion in January, I have had little to no issues with my 10 year old back injury, no migraines from my neck issues and my calves are no longer tight!
