This shop and its staff are truly fantastic. Bennett and Kevin were so helpful when my fiancée and I were buying our bikes. I was getting my first ebike and she was getting her first ever bike, and they spent so much time with us and really ensured we were informed and felt great about our purchases. We were able to test ride many bikes and received lots of info about accessories.

Sales guy was super nice and not pushy to sell me my bike. I kinda walked in there knowing what I wanted and there wasn’t any pressure to purchase the bike or look at more expensive options. Very informative on the Trek Marling 5 that I purchased and overall had an amazing experience shopping through them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a bike in the Madison area

The mechanics are great guys. Matt told me the possibilities of what might be needed to fix my bike. He was able to fix my bike & evidently had fun doing it. (Seat post frozen). Also the mechanic with the fleece hat is always very helpful too. He’s worked on my salsa vaya before. And Ben always points me in the right direction when I get there, as well as giving good advice. Thanks!

As always, the mechanics at Motorless Motion did an outstanding job; this time by finding parts and repairing an old road bike that remains heavily used as an indoor training bike. I trust the team at MoMo for all of my repair and maintenance needs.
