All staff - sales, technician, etc. - have been awesome to work with. I can ask any question and get immediate answers from cyclists who do and use exactly what they tell you. Their expertise, knowledge and joy will never be replicated by an online retailer or LLM.

I've gotten great help and support with bike maintenance from Jake, Brooke, Kevin, and other members of Motorless Motion staff. I especially appreciate the assistance with my recent free-hub break and getting the warranty coverage taken care of. I've purchased two bikes at Motorless Motion, and I would definitely recommend the shop to friends looking for a new bike. Also Wednesday Taco Rides are awesome!

Loved the help Ben was able to provide in trying to understand what e-bike will be a good fit for me. He even arranged for me to test ride a couple of bikes at a sister store! Plus Jake in service is always very helpful!!

Great service! I stopped by yesterday about an annoying clicking noise coming from my mountain bike, and two of the mechanics basically dropped what they were doing to diagnose the problem, do some short test rides, and figure out the problem within 20 minutes. I was out the door with an inexpensive pair of new pedals and no more noise.

Ben was great to work with and was extremely helpful for a Senior to purchase a bike that would be comfortable and safe to ride. His suggestions for lights, bottle bracket and lock were perfect for the bike and easy to access. I plan on returning and getting a helmet from Ben that is light and fits properly.
