Very attentive on the ordering process, checking the compatibility of parts I had chosen for the new bike I'm also ordering through them. More than happy to adapt to the way I wanted to be served. I don't have a lot of time to be messed about by suppliers that only want to supply me with certain things or I have to chase. Communication timing and cadience has been perfect as well as the levels of service, providing exactly the level of service I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Will very very helpful. He helped me select my bike and managed to get it delivered to store within a week. When I picked my bike up the in store experience was also great. Will and a colleague set the bike up, added the extra bits I purchased and explained how the e-bike worked. All in all it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
