The staff always go above and beyond. I had a snapped chain and urgently needed it fixed. They are always really busy but kindly stopped what they were doing and put a new chain on for me and I was on my way again. Brilliant service!

Amazing service, really helpful and so quick. Went in to get frame checked and was told it was broken, they dealt with manufacturer and sorted the replacement then built up the bike all in a couple of weeks.

I liked the care from the gentleman, who helped me adjust the seat after getting my bike with very high setting of my seat, which I do not like, he amended it on spot and we even checked it. That was nice to see the extra mile was done for customer rare these days perhaps and what I really appreciated was no judgement about my bike, it is cheap bike and I had my bike previously checked in store in Abingdon and all I heard was not nice comments, but here at this place in Didcot - beautiful friendly, professional and pleasant team, I will highly recommend them and I look forward to use their services again.
