I had a fantastic experience at Mountain Mania Cycles! Josh was incredibly helpful in guiding me through choosing my very first bike. As someone completely new to cycling, I really appreciated how much time he took to understand what I needed and make sure I felt confident in my choice. I picked up my bike and went on my first ride yesterday—and I’m absolutely loving it! Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to cycling. Thank you Josh! The staff always go above and beyond. I had a snapped chain and urgently needed it fixed. They are always really busy but kindly stopped what they were doing and put a new chain on for me and I was on my way again. Brilliant service!

Amazing service, really helpful and so quick. Went in to get frame checked and was told it was broken, they dealt with manufacturer and sorted the replacement then built up the bike all in a couple of weeks.
