I liked that even though my rear wheel was in the shop for a couple of weeks, Josh kept me updated on the work. Communication was good. He contacted Sonder but they are not the quickest to respond and so he spent time searching for an alternative wheel bearing and found it from Trek. Great work. I really appreciated his effort. He could have simply suggested I speak to Sonder and source the part myself, but he wanted to do a great job. And he did.
