Staff has been eager to help and made suggestions. Very friendly. One area to improve: provide more information re the product. E.g wanted to buy a good kids bike for my 5 y/o - went there twice. Had to ask why one bike was more expensive than another and got a partial not convincing explanation to make me buy. After watching several videos online actually explaining why and comparing products convinced me to go back and purchase it.
