I went in seeking infomation on ebikes and was so impressed with Chloe's knowledge that I didn't think I could do better by shopping around. I bought a ebike on the spot. Reseach for a rack with special dimentions resulted with an excellent company that delivered right away. As usual all employ's were friendly, knowledgable, making doing business with Mountain Sports a pleasure.

You guys have always been so awesome and take great care of both my boys since they were able to ride bikes. From tune ups, flat tires, and even selling us new ones. We just purchased another Trex and you were more than fair on the trade in of the old Trex we purchased a few years back. Also want to thank the owners and staff for helping one of my boys with a new set of trucks for his skateboard that got ran over! Awesome job guys with the over the top customer service!!! Great place when I was a kid and nice to see it hasn’t changed for my kids!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I went in more than once to ask questions and get prices on various items related to gravel bikes. They were not pushy at all and gave me several options to consider when trying to decide what I wanted. Financing process was very easy through Trek. I have other friends that highly recommended Mountain Sports, and I can see why.

Zach was awesome! Not only did he do a great job fixing our bike. He was personable and helpful in suggesting new bikes for our growing children based on what we were looking for. We will definitely buy our next bike from Mountain Sports.

Staff was very knowledgeable. I went in with no previous mountain bike experience and Emerson was very helpful with guiding me to the perfect bike. Zack did a great job communicating and getting the bikes built very quickly. Both where quick to offer advice without being overly aggressive and trying to upsell me. If you are new to biking go see Mountain Sports staff. They can get you set up and on the trail.

This is the only place I would recommend! Great people. (Lewie, Chloe, Colton to name a few) They are so knowledgeable. There is nothing they can’t answer about their products. Service and maintenance departments are one of the best I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Mountain Sports. I never went in with a question that I didn’t leave with a very satisfying answer.
