I brought my wife's Transition Spur into Mountain View to have the brakes upgraded, dropper serviced and the dropper remote upgraded. We are both very happy with the professional attention Mike and his service team gave to her bike. Her riding experience has definitely been enhanced and she feel so much safer with the modifications. I would highly recommend Mountain View to anyone needing a new bike or service before hitting the trails.

I recently bought a Santa Cruz Bullit ebike from Mountain View. Their knowledge of the products and competitors was really exemplary. Their sales pitch was soft, which I appreciated and they're after-sales service has been great. For example I bent a pedal which the company who manufactured it ended up recalling and Mountain View put a credit in my account for me to buy any other pedal I want. Perfect.

My most 'recent' purchase from Mountain View Cycles was a Checkpoint+ SL7 AXS eGravel bike from Raef. Between the two of us, we've purchased 3 bikes from Mountain View over the last 6 years so I can honestly say, there is no better Bike store in the Gorge that compares to Mountain View. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. They don't just sell bikes, they live cycling in all its various forms. Their customer service is top notch and their focus on meeting the customers desires and addressing any challenges is a top priority. Best Cycling shop in town, hands down!

Once again Mt View delivers what my bikes needs. John provided grandmaster-hex screw removal and re-set skillz, getting my dropper post back up where it should be. He then gave some 'technical taps' to coerce my new grips to slide far enough on my stubborn handlebar. I later put my new Bontrager Multi Tool to work today, thanks again John for guiding me to buy that and save myself the grief of over-torquing! pS - one tiny small-town typo I can't (or don't want to) ignore ... pFriem, not Pfriem (see John's website bio) ;) They take little
