Extremely friendly and professional staff. Every person in there has expert knowledge and guidance about all things bike-related. They have vast knowledge of local trails as well as places to ride around the country. I participate in downhill mountain bike races and free-riding, so it is critical that my bikes are expertly tuned and repaired with high quality parts. The first person I worked with, a young man, wasn't very engaged with me. Seemed bored. Maybe he was knowledgable, but didn't come off as being knowledgable. I quickly lost confidence in him. I found another associate who was experience with what I needed (bike helmet) was very helpful & patient.
