The repair man assessed the problem, informed us of what he was going to do, and the cost involved. If his first diagnosis was not fixing the problem, what the next step would be and estimated cost. We respected his approach and were comfortable that he would not be 100 oer cent forthright. His English was not fluent in everyday conversation, but was 100 percent fluent in the terms needs to carry out his job and communicate his findings to us. We could not be more pleased and will certainly request his services if needed.
