I liked speediness and professionalism of the staff. From booking the appointment to the technician performing the services, excellent customer service and expert knowledge. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
I love that I can put in a service request online from anywhere I have a free moment and the questionnaire gets to the precise problem. I received a confirmation email quickly, an appointment was made quickly, and Mr. Appliance kept me updated throughout the whole process. The technician was out the next day and they even sent an email telling me his name and a picture of him. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I loved the whole process.
I would recommend Jeremy at Mr. Appliance to everyone. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains exactly what he is doing. I was frustrated having to call back after they sent another technician a couple months ago for the same problem. I told the previous technician that my fridge was extremely hot and seemed to be running louder than usual. He told me that Sub Zeros just do that. I feel like I completely wasted time and $100 for his visit. If and when I need Mr. Appliance again I will only schedule with Jeremy. The staff on the phone is always friendly and try their best to accommodate.
