I thought the the two service people (was going to call them to guys) were Ok. I debated the use of a wedge, but the problem was resolved.Your concern is also the closest hence the call. You can tell them (the service people) that everything appears to be Ok. I check each day .Did think the cost of replacing the "gasket" discouraged me from selecting that option. All in all they showd up, did their best to fix the problem. Also learned where the adjustments are located in the event the problem reoccurs, will be able to resolve the problem by my self. (probly should not have said that)
Dr [NAME REMOVED]
When a repairman from Mr. Appliance of Marion County did a poor install of a new part causing me to have to call an electrician to repair damage done to my appliance I was not very happy. The electrician fixed the electrical problem pointing out the incorrect install of the new appliance part. Upon informing Mr. appliance of the problem they immediately sent a different repairman. He completed the job to my satisfaction and handed me a check for a full refund for the repair. I call that INTEGRITY. I will always use and recommend using Mr. Appliance.
The original repairman is no longer working for Mr. Appliance.
