Scheduling was quick and easy. I really appreciated the photo of who would be doing the service call. The person was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The new policy that will be charging possibily $89 per appliance for diagnostic is definitely not a positive for me, so be sure that is explained clearly when scheduling. I was satisfied with the service call and would recommend Mr. Appliance to my friends and family.
