When I found water around my refrigerator last Saturday morning, I immediately called Mr. Appliance. When Daniel heard flood, he knew it was an emergency (more than I did) and came over within the hour. He & I got to work in the basement where the water was sitting on the ceiling tiles and his quick action saved a disaster. In addition, he is such a nice person who is truly concerned about his customers. I highly recommend him.
