I had the pleasure of having Mr. Appliance do a service call for my dishwasher. The service technician was named Alex. He called ahead to let me know exactly when he was coming and when he arrived he put shoe booties on so nothing was tracked in. He diagnosed the problem and immediately resolved the issue. My dishwasher works better now than ever. Alex was a very good representative for the company. He was knowledgeable and a very hard worker. I enjoyed working with him. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to my friends mainly because of their technician Alex. Thank you, Elizabeth [LAST NAME REMOVED]
I had a dryer that had to have the rotating drum removed to access the bearings where the replacement occured. The first repairman put the drum on my very expensive wall to wall carpeting, as the dryer was located in a second floor laurandry room. I know you have a customer sign a waiver for any damages. Well, too late, I noticed oil marks from the drum as he had placed it direectly on the capet while working. If he had asked, I gladly would have put a beach towel there. Thank goodness was able to get most of it out on a buff colored light carpet. Home is on,y 3 years old.
I would say common sense would dictate not putting Things of this nature on carpet because the parts are so dirty and there is oil.
I had another repair man from your company come back to install the new part. In both cases neither repairman traveled with a "Drop Cloth". ********They need to be trained to do this for sure. They were careful with the shoe covers, so why wouldn't you require them to do this!
The service was good and the men knew their stuff, appreciated that. Thank You
