I was very appreciative that Mr. Appliance was open during the pandemic and was very responsive to the problem I was having with my washer. The customer service representative was helpful and courteous. The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. They arrived to assess the issue on Wednesday and repaired my washer with a new part by Friday (within 48 hours). I am very impressed with their service. Thank you!
Prompt (arrived right at the beginning of the service window). I felt very safe, even during COVID-19, since the technician had booties, gloves, mask and really tried to only stay near the fridge. He also gave a very efficient and honest assessment that the fridge needed replacement, when he probably could have made more money by talking me into a repair.
The two gentlemen (Avinash & A _ _ _) who spent TWO consecutive days installing a new compressor in my (quite old, but beloved) GE Monogram side-by-side refrigerator/freezer could not have been more diligent and determined to get the job done properly! They were excellent in every way: prompt, reliable, courteous and thoroughly professional. Best of all, they came back for a second day's work when their initial installation did not function overnight on the first try. They expressed and exhibited their commitment to the completion of a difficult and laborious installation--successfully, as it turned out! I was very appreciative of their enduring effort and thank them both tremendously for their hard work. I would strongly recommend these great technicians (whose names both begin with A, appropriately!)--and Mr. Appliance itself as a company I will turn to the next time I have any appliance repair issues.
