My clothes dryer stopped heating. Repair person came very soon after problem was reported. He arrived on time, calling before arriving. He was very polite, recognized the problem, had the needed replacement with him (had supplied brand and model infor beforehand), and completed the repair in a short time. He even cleaned a ton of lint out of the front of the dryer. His price including the service call was very fair. I would definitely use this service company again.
We had a Bertazzoni dishwasher that stopped working and not many people service this brand. So after calling Bertazzoni, they recommended Mr Appliance. I reached out and the call center asked great questions getting me lined up for a quick appointment to assess the situation. While the window changed from the call center discussion for arrival, we did get an email and a call to confirm from the technician which was very nice. The tech arrived in the window and was professional. He worked on the system to validate the issue and determined a panel needed to be replaced. He ordered it and after a week came back out to replace and test the unit. It worked great. Mr. Appliance was flexible in payment options and seemed educated and knowledgeable about our unit. I would call upon this team again.
