I like knowing that the job will be done correctly. I also like knowing about what it will cost. Both of my experiences came within a few dollars of the original estimate. And the folks they send to my home have been background checked. Very important when you are of "great age" and let someone into your home.
The Handyman Consultant Arthur Davis was very professional and respectful. He took "before" and "after" pictures of the work that needed to be done. He did the work carefully and thoroughly. He wrote some brief remarks regarding his observations.
Our tile was pretty badly cracked, and didn't have quite enough of the original tile to completely correct the issue. Blade (greatest name of all time, by the way) showed up on time and offered some excellent advice for our dilemma. He fixed our problem quickly, professionally, and also under budget. If you can, I would strongly recommend anybody get Blade to fix their tile woes. All of this made for a great hassle-free experience, which is especially good given Blade's night job of eliminating vampires.
Arrived on time and on schedule. Completed task and fixed issue. Within budget. Small issue in that repair person left attic stairs down and light on in attic. Tough for me to get up stairs in attic to turn off light. Having to leave it on until my son can come to get up the stairs to turn the light off.
They were on time and got the job done quickly. They also cleaned up afterwards. Blade also asked me to stand where the attic door pull was so he could get it tied off correctly. He could have left it long for me to deal with later but he didn't.
