YOU WERE ABLE TO SEND AN EMPLOY THE SAME DAY I CALLED. YOUR COST SYSTEM WAS SIMPLE AND UPFRONT. OFFICE STAFF WERE WELCOMING AND EXPLAINED YOUR SYSTEM. VANS AND SERVICE MAN ARE CLEARLY MARKED AND HE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF RIGHT AWAY. JASON WAS FRIENDLY BUT WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE KEPT ME INFORMED AS HE WORKED. ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FRIENDLY AND STILL PROFESSIONAL.
The balance in one of our windows had disengaged, causing the window to keep sliding down. Chris was able to fix our window in minutes, which I hadn't expected. So I checked the list of services offered and came up with a few more things he could do while at our home. Chris zipped through each task. I am glad we called Mr. Handyman and will rely on them in the future.
Dan is extremely nice and always does a great job when he's here. We discussed a few other things that need done that should take a full day. When I'm ready to move forward, I will call and specifically ask for Dan.
