Scheduling my property repair was a quick and efficient process. The office staff used google street view and an online real estate listing to understand my issue and planned the service with the field service team member who was the best fit to complete the tasks. Picture of the completed job was sent to me, avoiding a trip down to house which is something I value as a property manager.
Every time I have used Mr Handyman, it has been a perfectly smooth experience. I am able to request the same gentleman each time, which is important to me. I am a seamstress working with interior designers and every job is unique. My ‘guy’ is neat, clean, thoughtful, and smart!
