Dan and Joe were great. Very professional but also very friendly - and my dogs really liked them always a positive sign for me. They were neat and did an excellent job. In addition to the paint job they also volunteered to install all of the new LED light fixtures I opted to put in (definitely going above and beyond what I contracted for). This is not the first time I have used Mr. Handyman's services and each time I am more than pleased with the results.
The guys were on time, explained clearly to what work was to be done, clean & professional. Steve in the office was in communication at all times regarding scheduling, ensuring the work was completed & following up to see if there were any issues or concerns.
I will be using them again in the future. Definitely recommend them for any work you may need.
They were very, very professional, did a great job, and were very detailed about scheduling and informing me of their whereabouts at all times.
I used Mr. Handyman to have someone come and sheetrock a wall with holes in it in my mother's house which I was selling. I set it up so they would contact the broker who let them in, and they went and performed the work. Later I went to inspect and they did a fantastic job. I was in a position where I needed to trust someone in the house where no one else was in the house, and they were there on time, did the work, and nothing else was amiss.
They helped me in a tight spot and when they said they would be there they were, the price was reasonable (I had actually gotten a couple of other quotes which were really pretty high) and I am very very pleased with the work. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.
Peter was extremely knowledgeable and quick thinking. He enjoyed problem solving which my job had. It was a tough carpentry problem and he completed the initial phase of the work and left the work area perfectly clean.
First, must advise that a job estimated to run 1-1/2 hours at the most, ran three and half hours. The circumstance was a basketball backboard install. There were no written instructions in packages, and parts (nuts/washers/bolts) were missing. The hardware for the backboard was apparently a return, and never re-checked by Amazon fulfillment. Under the best of circumstances, it was a crappy situation for Handyman.
So, they hung in there, the parts/instructions were obtained, and the job was completed (at a significant cost, to say the least).
Amazon, after a number of conversations, agreed to give a credit for $200 towards rxtra install costs.
