Everything seemed to go really well.
There is one point I'd like to make about my invoce/bill.
Under Materials Charge it shows:
Material Charge Material Charge $10.00
Material Charge Material Charge $61.10
A breakdown of these would be nice. I do know that at one point a rotted out peice of board had to be replaced. It was replaced with a PVC peice. This way it does not rot out. I also understand that various door shims and nails were used and these type of things may be difficult or even impractical to inventory for a bill. But for $71.10, I'd like a breakdown please. There is nothing showing how much that replacemet peice cost. I'm sure there is a normal materiesl charge. But instead of showing Material Charge twice with two different numbers, just put the standard one, and then add whatever ealse, like PVC board or whatever.
Other than that, no issue. Everything has been great so far. Thanks,

We had a different technician than originally scheduled so that our appointed time would be met.
We were notified throughout the day exactly what the timing would be. This a made arranging our day much easier. Work done was excellent and the tech very easy to work with.
Ralph arrived on time, was professional in appearance and demeanor, and completed the work in less time than originally estimated. Most importantly, I was very satisfied with the quality of his work. I will call Mr. Handyman first next time I am in need of any of their services.
The people that showed up were helpful, professional, and ultimately got the job done. For that reason only I would recommend. HOWEVER-The person who scheduled the job should be fired immediately. I was extremely proactive about details of where and what the issue was and what the logistic and safety concerns were. He lied to me about their safety protocol, lied to the person who came for the job leaving them initially unable to accomplish without additional help and I still feel they were not safe as they were misled by the person who scheduled so they did not have the proper safety equipment. Fire him and get your stuff together when it comes to safety.
Our Handyman Cameron was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely be a customer again in the future. Randy was also very helpful in setting up the appointment and I was invoiced exactly what I was told I would be. Great experience.
