Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional. I was given clear information about what would be done and how much it would cost. I was notified of when to expect the worker and how much time the work would take.

Once I selected the option I wanted, he worked up an estimate on the spot and got right to work. He actually finished early and the final cost was less than the original estimate.
