It starts with your people. My first contact with Mr Roof was with a current Feazel employee who went back to Mr Roof because the company wasn’t treating him fairly. Whether or not Mr Roof does or doesn’t mattered to me because Jason was a guy I trusted. He was direct and to the point. He was timely and knowledgeable. I don’t shop for roofs very often but Jason made me feel like he had things under control. The actual team performing the work were nice, hard working and cleaned up the mess they made. I shook each one of their hands and thanked them personally. What a livelihood working every day on top of a house! Doug, the project manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all you are running a business more companies need to emulate.

The service at Mr. roof provided was excellent. The sales person who was not pushy at all, and very informative. I got new gutters and the installers were professional, and cleaned up after their self. I was very pleased with the entire project. This is the second time I used Mr. roof as a contractor. The first time I had a new roof installed and I was so pleased with that job is why I use them for my gutters.

Mr. Roof replaced our roof 12 years ago and has held up very well. When Matt came out recently regarding our gutter problems, he got up on the roof and took his time carefully inspecting the entire roof and gutter system. He also inspected old water stains in our garage and determined that those were prior to the roof replacement 12 years ago. He recommended replacing only the back gutters with larger capacity gutters and downspouts and putting in deflectors to control the water flow off the roof. The guys that came out to do the installation were professional and effectively completed the job as expected. I appreciate the quality work!

My roof was damaged by a large tree limb. My insurance was very inclined to try and short shift my payment. I have a fairly large deductable , but the repair was much more serious. Mr. Roof took pictures explained how serious the damage was and how much it would take. They were wonderful and very professional. They dealt with my insurance company and also did a beautiful repair. I could not be more pleased.

Great customer service from start to finish! Love the roof choices and especially the one we chose. Appreciate the sales rep, Victor, discussing concerns with the claims adjustor's "original plan." Upon his willingness to lobby for what we needed our entire roof was replaced not just repaired as originally planned by insurance company. Doug, the project manager was professional and personable. He did a great job communicating with everyone involved including our solar panel expert, making the project efficient and painless. The guys who installed the roof...WOW! They were awesome! They arrived before the sun was even up and worked the entire day, except approx 30 minutes for lunch break. Approx 12 hour work day...hard workers and couldn't even tell they had been here because the area was cleaned up so well when they had finished the job! And finally, the office staff/billing dept...not a whole lot of contact required but professional and efficient when necessary. Appreciate their assistance and great customer service. Definitely would recommend Mr. Roof!

I specifically had a chimney repair and from start to finish Mr. Roof was very professional. They answered all the questions that we had enduring the repair process. Their on-site team was very respectful the property and when they left the only difference was I had a new chimney that looked fantastic.

Completed in a day and they did a good job cleaning up. Didn't like that it took several weeks to get scheduled and then it got cancelled and rescheduled.i had already paid my deposit and didn't hear from anyone for over two weeks.

Mr. roof's staff was very helpful in helping me make decisions about my roof. Not only did the salesman and manager/supervisor helped in saving me money, they were instrumental in getting the needed photos and documents I needed for my home insurance company before the quick deadline. Unfortunately, Progressive canceled my insurance anyway, even though the company received the demanded information before the deadline. They eventually restored my insurance back to the deadline date. It was such a stressful situation and Mr. Roof did all things possible to help me through it. Thank you so much for all you folks did! I truly appreciate you!
