Products is along with industry standards. The people is who makes this company great. Ryan, the person who came out to provide the estimate is well knowledgeable and verse with their products and services and helped tremendously to set up the financing that I needed in order to get my roof done. I had explained to Ryan that I work in Quality and that I would be looking at these guys with a critical eye. He assured me that their teams are great in meeting the customers expectations. I proceeded with Mr. Roof basically because I was tired of gathering quotes and then struggling to find the financing I needed. I must say that the quote was the 4th highest of all estimates I had received but I have zero regrets of going with Mr. Roof. Their roofing team came out and had my house completed by around 4 pm. They did an impeccable job of cleaning up the site afterwards. The roofers walked around my house several times throughout the process making a team effort to leave my property trash and debris-free. The roof looks great and I do not think I could be more pleased with the outcome of this entire project. Highly recommend! Everything from the inspection/estimate to the final person exiting my roof was as flawless as I have ever seen. Very impressed with the entire process.

From start to finish, everyone was eager to get things done just right. From our salesman Victor, who went thru our contract, and compared Mr Roof’s contract and proposal to the other contracts line by line item. Thru this I learned line by line, exactly how much more thorough Mr Roof’s service was. The workers were very busy the entire time-they were here 12+ hours! Working til dark. There were a few issues that needed to be touched up. I called Victor and immediately received a call from Jack, who walked around the house with me and checked my concerns and a few of his own. The next day the crew came back and completed both of our concerns to our satisfaction. Both Victor and Jack were great to work with— I felt that they both wanted the work to be done perfectly with no excuses…and they did just that. We are very satisfied and are pleased with the work done the warranty supplied.

Not only did they have a great selection but after the crew arrived, it was quickly determined that our roof would need new ply wood as well. The team worked incredibly hard and got the entire job done in less than two days. The final product looks great and I know this new roof will last much longer than our previous roof.
