Mr. roof's staff was very helpful in helping me make decisions about my roof. Not only did the salesman and manager/supervisor helped in saving me money, they were instrumental in getting the needed photos and documents I needed for my home insurance company before the quick deadline. Unfortunately, Progressive canceled my insurance anyway, even though
the company received the demanded information before the deadline. They eventually restored my insurance back to the deadline date. It was such a stressful situation and Mr. Roof did all
things possible to help me through it. Thank you so much for all you folks did! I truly appreciate
you!

Mr Roof service was exceptional from bringing to end of roof installation. We had a not so pleasant experience with the previous roofing company that didn't honor their work done 2 years prior. Mr. Roof and it's associates expressed empathy for the faulty work that was previously done and ensured this would not be the case upon completion of this installation. Jason was very courteous and he provided communication every step of the process.

The estimators came on time. They stayed and explained their services and financing thoroughly. The day of the roof replacement, workers arrived promptly and the project manager kept in touch throughout. I never felt I had difficulty reaching someone if I had questions, and the workers cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with the project completion.

Products is along with industry standards. The people is who makes this company great. Ryan, the person who came out to provide the estimate is well knowledgeable and verse with their products and services and helped tremendously to set up the financing that I needed in order to get my roof done.
I had explained to Ryan that I work in Quality and that I would be looking at these guys with a critical eye. He assured me that their teams are great in meeting the customers expectations. I proceeded with Mr. Roof basically because I was tired of gathering quotes and then struggling to find the financing I needed. I must say that the quote was the 4th highest of all estimates I had received but I have zero regrets of going with Mr. Roof. Their roofing team came out and had my house completed by around 4 pm. They did an impeccable job of cleaning up the site afterwards. The roofers walked around my house several times throughout the process making a team effort to leave my property trash and debris-free. The roof looks great and I do not think I could be more pleased with the outcome of this entire project. Highly recommend! Everything from the inspection/estimate to the final person exiting my roof was as flawless as I have ever seen. Very impressed with the entire process.
