All of the people was great to work with very easy explaining any and all about the material used. The Crew was very quick very understanding of the job that needed to be done.tear off and lay down of new material 4.5 hour's that's fast clean up was very good.

Sales rep Joe Barger was a pleasure to work with. He is honest and very timely in his communication. He was not pushy and was professional in all interactions. He also made solid recommendations grounded in knowledge of the issues my roof and attic had. The work I had done was completed within four days of signing the contract. I will use Joe and Mr. Roof again when needed.

Our sales person, Jesse Staufer, was excellent. Shortly after agreeing to have our siding done my husband had a medical emergency and we knew we needed to put a hold on the project. We called Jesse and he was very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. He would follow-up to check on John and that meant a great deal to us. We never once felt pressured throughout the entire process. Once we had the contract signed it only seemed like a short period of time before they were ready to come out and get the job done. We did experience some rain issues which cause this project to be pushed out later than expected but we couldn't be happier with the quality of work done! We love it! Javier was my main contact throughout and he continued to touch base and keep me updated on all. After the siding was done, Javier came out and picked up all the debris and nails in the yard and we discussed the job as well as a concern her had on the chimney flashing that needed to be replaced. I immediately contacted Jesse and set this up. The workers came out the very next week and got this done for us in a few hours. It looks great and now we don't have to worry about water leaking in. I have had a few people tell me from the neighborhood that the house looks 10x better than before! I have already handed out Jesses business card to someone in the area who asked for it. Thank you for coming all the way out to Peebles! We appreciate everyones hard work!

The entire process from the time our sales rep came to our home until the time the roof was installed was pretty smooth. The only issue is our sales rep told us we would get critter guards as part of the package and after the roof was installed they were not included. I was told they will be installed so I’m hoping they keep their word. They forgot to install my cricket at the chimney but promptly came back and installed it. The gutters are wonderful and the gutter crew did a great job! So overall we are happy.
