I love the new roof!, it looks really nice and I love the color I picked out, stone grey and the company got the roof done really fast, in one day, the project mgr, Joey Herron is really nice and helpful and Joe Ritchie from Mr Roof was really nice and helpful too.

What I like about the company is the support from the sales person to the contractor and people working with Mr Roof. They answer my questions and when asked for assistance they were able to communicate. I only have the roof for couple weeks, got the top of the line according to the sales person, we will see how to roof and gutters hold over time. At this time I am waiting for a form to have a discount from the insurance, also I am waiting for the documentation about the warranty.

I love my new roof, new gutters and gutter guards! Mr. Roof and entire team just did a stunning job from begin to end! From every facet of their team from day one till completion we just can't say enough good things and I would recommend them wholeheartedly! The sales person David Ray, whom I felt was very helpful, respectful, professional and knowledgeable about his job. Everything inquired about the roofing material and installation or insurance purposes was answered. David went out of his way to deal with the insurance company. I really appreciate the help and questions that were answered and seeing the job through within his limits. Nonetheless, make sure you have someone to check out the roof insulation. And make the project manager sees the job through as far as the roofer installing the roof properly. As far as the clean up there were a lot of nails left behind; even when I pointed this out to the roofers. They just left the nails there and Iā€™m still finding nails. There were a few shingles that had to be replaced. However, I would probably recommend Mr. Roof read your contract and get a copy of everything. However David Ray will help you through your process and the head project manager ( I assume he is) is helpful as well.
