We recently had our roof replaced by Mr. Roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Joe, who handled our estimate, was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent—he made the entire process clear and straightforward. Once the project began, Joey, our on-site project manager, ensured everything ran smoothly. He and his crew were timely, efficient, and respectful of our property.
The work was completed on schedule, with great attention to detail, and the clean-up afterward was thorough. Communication was consistent throughout, and I always felt confident that the job was in good hands.
I would absolutely recommend Mr. Roof to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company. They truly delivered quality service and peace of mind.

To begin with, they did a really nice job, they were here when they said they were going to be and every one of the individuals at Mr Roof were very respectful and friendly, from start to finish.
Because of the horror stories we all hear about roofing companies, I was expecting problems. That never happened. They did the work quickly and per the contract. The clean up was phenomenal.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I saw on Mr Roof's website that they handled multiple projects - roofing, gutters, siding, etc. I liked the idea of working with one company, not one for this and one for that. I got over my nervousness and made the call. The rep who came to my home was a breath of fresh air. He was low-key, patient with my questions, told me everything that would be involved in quoting me a price, put it in writing, and when I saw it I said, "When can you start?" They kept me posted, did everything according to what we discussed and finished in no time. They did a very nice job.

There was a lack of communication. The assurances that were given about being kept informed were false. was told the project would be 4-6 weeks out and depended on the arrival of materials. After the check was signed and cashed the communication ceased. I had to make numerous attempts to get an estimated time of delivery of the material to estimate a possible install time. The crew was super professional and did a great job. This is my second project with the company. Communication with the customer rate is 3. Products and installation is a 10.

I never filled out feedback here but still had the email asking for it. In 2022 I had vinyl trim put up to cover my wood trim, along with new gutters. They were professional, quick and efficient and did a great job and cleanup. Highly recommend! Also when they came out to schedule service they were super helpful and didn’t oversell or push products which is a huge deal for me to choose someone. A lot of companies try to bully and be very pushy and they did not.
