We decided to put on a new roof- not because ours was damaged but it was about thirty years old. Did some checking on the web and found that Mr. Roof had very good reviews. The guy that does the quotes came out and gave us a quote. The crew arrived at sunup and got to work. They took no breaks and a very short lunch. They ran short on materials and had to come back the next day to finish. The job looks terrific and the clean up was great- no leftover scraps or nails. We are very happy with our choice of roofing company.

The customer service for the Nashville office was exceptional. I made an inquiry through the website chat, and the rep sent me a text within 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. Financing was seamless, and our product choices were very clear. Installation was quick, prompt, professional, and clean. Our new roof looks amazing, and we are glad to be worry free as ling as we are in our home.

Working with Mr. Roof is easy, they're considerate, do quality work, and are a good value. Josh Cothern is easy to work with. Using a drone for pictures for their production team gives me assurance that they will know what needs to be done and do it right. Mr. Roof has repaired issues that another roofing company created with poor workmanship. I don't think about anybody else. I call Mr. Roof.
