The sales process went well. The crew that installed our roof took a lot of care to protect our house during the installation. They cleaned up after the installation was complete. I really couldn't tell they had been at our house installing a new roof once the crew left. The crew came to install new leaf guards a couple of days later. They were also very efficient.

Our salesman George H. was very knowledgeable, helpful with color choices and answered all of our questions. He was well prepared with information from other roofing companies so we could make a well informed decision to hire Mr Roof. The crew was on time and worked diligently on both our house and detached garage roofs. The crew of about 8 workers was done within 6 hours including clean-up. We are very satisfied with Mr Roof and highly recommend.

First, what I like about Mr. Roof's services is a salesman that isn't pushy. We wanted a complete tear off of our old roof. Second, the product they offer. Mr. Roof sells top of the line shingles and trim. There is a third thing that I like about Mr. Roof, their crew was quick, precise, and friendly. They arrived at my door at 8:30am, tore two layers of shingles off, layed down their roofguard system architechural style shingles, and were finished, including clean up, by 2:30pm.

The job was done well. I appreciate being informed each and every step by Mario. At the end of the job, he took me around and asked if there were any issues or questions. He addressed all areas of concern and clean up was thorough.
The only issue I had was when an inspector showed up at the front door without notification. Considering the fraudulent people coming to front doors lately, giving a heads up phone call would have been appreciated.

George was excellent in selling a product with honesty and integrity and no gimmicks.
The end result looks fantastic! We are grateful we went with Mr Roof instead of one of their competitors whose fancy marketing, sales gimmicks, and triple the $$$ left us reeling (and finally laughing in disbelief!) Mr. Roof restored our trust in the industry. . .there are good guys out there still!
