Marco Aquino and Roman attended to trouble shoot our storm drain function due to unusual heavy rains in the Palm Springs CA greater area in January and February 2019. I found them to be good at explaining the situation, focusing on making sure they investigated all the potential problems and not stopped after finding one or two things that may have contributed to lack of function in storm drains and water coming into an area inside our home. I would however; make sure as owner of property you write down details of scope of work and negotiated cost. I did find the two gents very professional,knowledgeable and I like that they came wearing uniform shirts and marked company vehicles as it convey's company culture, and good professionalism.
