I brought my bike in for assessment after an upsetting accident and the staff were lovely and kind. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly and my service was completed sooner than expected and my bike was all fixed! I can’t recommend the staff and Mud Dock Cycles enough and will certainly be using their services in the future!

They always go the extra mile to sort you out weith satisfation. Often considering whether to buy online or in the shop, one always has to conclude that it pays off - also litteraly! - to get the right advice directly (instead of via a robot chatbox) about all bikes and their parts, from people with proper technical knowledge, and the right range of items available.

Fabulous level of service - I had an emergency fix needed on my bike and the mechanics managed to fit me in to get a complete drivechain fitted within 24 hours despite being fully booked...I feel like I owe them a favour! Top marks all round.

I bought my Cannondale gravel bike from you nearly 3 years ago and it has been a pleasure to ride it in all conditions .. your staff set up the bike for me with my own requirements ( seat dropper and slick Kevlar tyres). Since then I have had a number of services repairs at your shop and each time staff and services have been exemplary .

Very straightforward to deal with in relation to a Brompton service and a nice surprise price-wise. Slight hiccup when my front tyre was found to be flat when I picked up but fixed without fuss and I was directed to the cafe for a free coffee in the meantime which was a nice touch.

The team was incredibly helpful, quick and accommodating. I was able to get some work done myself in their cafe with a complimentary coffee, while the mechanics sorted my bike out (before I finished my coffee) 🥰👌🏼 absolute legends!
