The team at Mud Dock (Charlie, Paul, Simon, Will) have always been super helpful to me. Now on my third bike purchased from them, this time I was looking for a decent upgrade on my last bike and they spent a lot of time with me going through the pros/cons of different setups - then they made sure I had the right size bike for my needs, and helped build up a custom spec to achieve this (at a competitive price!). Very thankful for the help and advice, would certainly recommend to all from newbies to experienced cyclists.

Dropped my electric bike off expecting to get bad news as to the condition of the bike. So please not only did Muddock fix the bike but the repair and tidied the bike up. Lovely thank you Muddock

Great service as always. Superb to see some women mechanics, as that bike workshop gender balance is awful. Excellent customer service - especially compared to the awful subsequent experience I had at Trek Bristol. Well done Mud Dock.
