I bought my Cannondale gravel bike from you nearly 3 years ago and it has been a pleasure to ride it in all conditions .. your staff set up the bike for me with my own requirements ( seat dropper and slick Kevlar tyres). Since then I have had a number of services repairs at your shop and each time staff and services have been exemplary .

Very straightforward to deal with in relation to a Brompton service and a nice surprise price-wise. Slight hiccup when my front tyre was found to be flat when I picked up but fixed without fuss and I was directed to the cafe for a free coffee in the meantime which was a nice touch.

The team was incredibly helpful, quick and accommodating. I was able to get some work done myself in their cafe with a complimentary coffee, while the mechanics sorted my bike out (before I finished my coffee) 🥰👌🏼 absolute legends!

Recently purchased a Brompton from Mud Dock via a cycle to work scheme, I haven't cycled since I was a child so I have a lot to learn and the staff here were so friendly & helpful! I'll definitely be returning in the future!
