Extremely reliable & positively helpful, without any of the purist-cyclist superiority that can be an aspect of some bike shops. Bought my first Cannondale mountain bike from Mud Dock on coming back to live in Bristol in 1994, stayed with them ever since - although now onto child-hauling cargo bikes!
