My workshop appointment was available in a really good timeframe and the brilliant mechanic was very friendly and is extremely knowledgeable. The receipt of the bike was brilliantly handled within the distancing restrictions and the work was carried out quickly and at very reasonable cost. I received a text telling me that it was ready. I couldn’t fault the service in any way, particularly given the different procedures necessary with the Covid-19 virus.
Expertise and service: I wanted a Pashley bike and whilst I could have purchased it from a big high street retailer or even direct, I chose to support a small, local business and I don’t regret my decision one bit. I made my enquiry about a Brompton electric bike which I had researched beforehand online. I was invited for a test ride and despite not having been on a bike for years, I found it easy. I was so impressed that they had the bike of the right specification and colour.already in stock that I bought it straightaway. The folding and unfolding process was explained and demonstrated. All my questions were answered. My chosen bike was loaded in the car and away I went with the promise of a service in six weeks time. All my questions were answered. I am very impressed.
