Lovely friendly staff who know their stuff and are keen to help. The workshop did a great job on repairing my bike, including calling me to let me know of any shifts in pricing. Thoroughly reccomend.

Friendly and professional service by people who share my enthusiasm for bikes. I also able to get an appointment within just 2 days of my call.

Great services

I wondered why gears had gone out of sync not long after my Basso's first service. Tim very kindly re-indexed them telling me that rear mech needed straightening probably after a full-on long off road ride shortly before. Great service, booked in with short notice

friendly staff, easy to book in, lots of help and experience available

Great efficient friendly service thank you

Super helpful staff!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Super knowledgeable staff, who really understood what I needed and helped me to find the right bike. Would highly recommend Mud dock cycle works.

Friendly staff, generally helpful. Bromptons. Café upstairs. What’s not to like……?

Great service and job done very quickly, highly recommended.

Service was very good, no complaints as to the work or service.

Excellent service from Tim the mechanic!

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Approachable. Happy to her knowledge and experience.

Uncomplicated service meeting customer needs

The friendliness of the staff

Really thorough and friendly staff go above and beyond to care for your bike

Knowledgeable staff. They go the extra mile to get things right.

Very happy with the check over after my accident, the replacement wheel and for cleaning the bike. My one niggle is that I needed new cleats to go with my peddles but the Shimano cleats I bought are not comparable with my Look pedals so I’ll have to buy new pedals.

Service seemed thorough. Other than maybe some mud that was missed on the underside of the frame and bar tap a little haphazard (but I’m a little anal and can easily fix), but all the mechanical stuff seems great. Also really appreciated that things I hadn’t considered were pointed out and fix: head set to high on the stack, so the fastening probably wasn’t super secure. Think spotting that takes a keen eye.

I had a great experience at Mud Docks and I've already recommended them!
