Extremely reliable & positively helpful, without any of the purist-cyclist superiority that can be an aspect of some bike shops. Bought my first Cannondale mountain bike from Mud Dock on coming back to live in Bristol in 1994, stayed with them ever since - although now onto child-hauling cargo bikes!

I recently had trouble with my electric Brompton. Mud Dock were able to fit her in quickly and efficiently. I received a txt to say she was ready for collection within a couple of hours and was back out on the road again. All fixed. 😊
