She was very responsive, informative, helpful & honest. I felt comfortable asking her any questions, which was an issue with my last agent. I felt very supported and well informed to make the big decision to go with the home I did. I also think that if I hadn't had Muffy as my agent, I wouldn't have beat out the other 6 offers that my home had.

She truly cares about her clients and will do everything in her power to make sure the process goes smoothly, you are taken care of, and you have there best experience possible. She is extremely hard working and has the ability to create an experience for someone when they walk into the home. From her flawless communication, to her positivity, to her eye for detail, she is just an all around amazing person. A lot of agents are surface level and will put on a front just so they can get your business. This is the exact opposite with Muffy. She is genuine, has an eye for design, can see the bigger picture, and will guide you through every step. In addition to being an overall amazing person she goes beyond just posting to social media to sell your house. Muffy went above and beyond and provided such great support throughout the entire process. And in such good style! It might be underrated how much support you need for the buying and selling process. It can be incredibly stressful so getting the right support level is critical. Everything took much longer than expected due to personal circumstances so I was extra happy for the support and guidance I received. I was very happy with the result and have already recommended Muffy to friends.

Good realtor! She understood my needs and was flexible in matching my desires to the available market. I am happy with my home purchase and Muffy made it happen! She was helpful in providing a high quality inspector. She was able to effectively push back on the seller, which lead to a lot of home improvements being covered that I thought I would definitely have to do myself. She kept the seller on track with the closure of a house AND a side lot. Crazy market right now, but I am stoked to have found a great house with a bunch of new appliances/features and a decent lot. Would recommend.
