My technician Rick H is what I like best. He shows up on time, he is friendly and polite. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I’m happy for the service and have no problem with bugs crawling although my neighbors say “this is FL, get used to it”. I’m from OR and there’s no bug there. Still I want them out. I rated 9 because the price is little bit high for me. I wish there’s some kind of military or senior discount. Thank you
