John and Nick both are extremely knowledgeable. Also the price and frequency is spot on. I appreciate the communication and urgency from the entire team including Mandy in the office. I have been here in the area for 2 yrs now and have ran off 3 different companies. I think we may have found what I was not only looking for but what I expect from a lawn and pest control company. The gentleman who came to my house was very nice and professional. He walked me through what he was going to do, and although that really wasn’t necessary since I work from home and needed to get things done, I appreciated it because it was his first time servicing my property. He completed everything, and he even knocked on the door when he was finished to let me know he was done. The only part of the experience I didn’t particularly care for was the repeated upselling of your other businesses and services. I completely understand that your company offers additional services, but I think those are better discussed during the initial call, particularly when someone has just moved into a new home and may actually be looking for those services. For example, I was told several times about your lawn service even after I explained that I had already hired another company and was under contract with them. At that point, continuing to promote the service really wasn’t helpful or necessary. Overall, I was very pleased with the gentleman who came to my home and the service he personally provided. My only recommendation would be to reconsider how and when the additional services are promoted to customers.

Friendliness and thoroughness of the team members who installed the ground units and sprayed. I will have to Say that the gentleman who sprayed that I interacted with was phenomenal with detail, went above and beyond. He is a 5 star employee. I wasn’t home for the termite installation but my husband said he was very nice and thorough.
