Nancy was professional from start to finish. Responsive no matter how we communicated with her. She was efficient. She gave her advice on price but we wanted to take a slight different approach and go higher and see ask sensible questions about our opinion, but didn’t make us feel bad or awkward. Overall things worked out quite well and quite quickly. She is personable and a good representative of the [LAST NAME REMOVED] name which we really appreciate being Reinharts. It was special that she knew our uncle too.
