She brings clear opinions both positive and negative about each house and the surrounding neighborhood that help a buyer make informed choices. She also has deep relationships with inspectors and trades people that help expedite a transaction. She and her team were a big help in our purchase!

Best experience I've ever had buying or selling a house. This company is aces across the board. Shari was on point from the start and answered all our questions and concerns. She provided excellent representation during our open hose. She was patient with us and helped us "trust the process." Behind the scenes, Nancy and Jeff worked their magic as well. The tireless efforts of this amazing team resulted in a practically seamless sale of our home within a week of being on the market, well above asking price, and with several peace of mind clauses in our contract. What we particularly appreciated about working with Nancy Bishop, especially because this is the first house we've owned, is that Nancy has a team each person of which has expertise in one aspect of selling your house. From making necessary repairs and cleaning and staging to scheduling moving of our stuff to closing and finally a deep clean, Nancy has good people you can trust to help get you through this process.

She is impeccably honest in her dealings and can be relied upon to give straight answers to difficult questions. We believe she has taken care of us with the utmost integrity, both in purchasing the home in 2018 at 4120 Woodland Drive in Ann Arbor, then again selling that same home in October of 2024. It is obvious she has maintained a superb reputation for all her years as a realtor. Nancy is forthright and honest about the advice she provides to purchase or sell a home. She is also quick to reply with any questions a client may have. Most importantly, Nancy is an exceptional human. She is bright, pleasant, has a keen sense of humor and fun to work with.
