Nancy is a miracle worker. She is dedicated to helping her client find the ideal home to either sell or buy. She has amazing people skills ideas with zillions of ideas and contacts and genuinely loves her job. She's the most optimistic, caring person to be around and will always help, day or night, weekend or vacation (!) Nancy has pizazz, flair, and knows how to get the job done. Everything, from soup to nuts, ran smoothly and calmly and successfully. I don't write recommendations, but Nancy Bowerbank is A+, fabulous and everybody should have her as their agent.

Top notch professionalism, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She sold two houses for us in two months time. She walked us through the process of picking a vanity, countertop and faucet, paint colors and even staging the houses. She is the best. I would and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
