Nancy worked with us for several months trying to help us find a ranch home as we get older. These were hard to find, but she did not give up. She also helped with separating houses worth a bid from those which were not. When we made offers, she knew ways to structure them to make them more attractive. And we succeeded, closing the other day. I would recommend her to anybody.

Nancy made a normally stressful process stress free for my fiancée and I.
