Everyone from the time I check in till I check out was so sweet, polite. Before my chemical stress test, I was so nervous and scared because I had a bad experience from the chemicals they gave me the last time. But this time it was a lot different. They let my granddaughter, stay in there, and they talk to me and they put soft jazz music on to soothe me and keep talking that help. Thank you all

Everything and everyone. I give 5 stars to the ER staff, Dr. Wilkes, RNs Amanda & Jo. The hospital night staff, 5 stars for RN Alyssa, 5 stars with an exclamation point for Natalie CNA. 5 stars for daytime shift Trish RN. Five stars for nuclear stress test staff, Todd, and both RNs. 5 stars with an exclamation point to Barbara who gave me coffee & snack and sat with me between the 2nd and 3rd phase of the stress test. I don't recall the names but 3 transportation staff get 5 stars. All information was given to me so that I understood everything. Such kindness and care helped me to be calm and learn what I needed to know. Thank you Baptist!
