My father in law was admitted into the hospital. Our family was more than satisfied with the care he received from the doctors and staff. All the staff that was involved in all of his testing were extremely supportive and helpful. Great job Nassau Baptist Hospital. You made it seem like family taking care of family.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care I received in the Cardiac Department at Baptist Medical Center Nassau.
From Melissa at registration, to the young lady who hooked everything up for my testing (I sincerely apologize that I cannot remember her unique name), to Heather who administered my medication and performed my scans — every single person went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
I especially want to recognize Heather. She truly stood out to me because of how kind, comforting, and genuine she was throughout the entire process. She explained everything so clearly, made me feel at ease, and treated me with such compassion. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. That kind of genuine kindness is rare and deserves to be acknowledged.
I wish I could say every experience I’ve had at Baptist has been this positive, as unfortunately I have had some disappointing experiences in the past. However, this particular department was exceptional, and every staff member I encountered was absolutely amazing.
Thank you all for providing such wonderful care and making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier.
