Our company's devotion to Culligan is almost 100% due to the exceptional customer service that Michael Neshiem has provided for many many years, on all of our various projects all over the western US. While Culligan's products/services are very fine, if he was not in the equation, I am certain that we would be very open to any other water services company.

MY service person is wonderful. But I can not pay my bill on line. I have to call in every time to pay my bill. Online line will not recognize my email address or my pass word. system askes me every time I try to log in it wants me to change my password. Which never works
Your online bill pay sucks. Fix it
The technician, Alton, was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very courtyard efficient and took the time to explain what we needed. And even though it was something above and beyond what he was expected to do, he went the extra mile to help us out!
I have had a Culligan Water Softener for almost 40 years. We bought our first one in
Pleasant Valley, NY in 1982. And when we moved to San Jose, CA in 1995, we had
to have one. Now, I have downsized from being in our home for 26 years to a Condo
and I just had one installed. The quality and service is amazing.
