MY service person is wonderful. But I can not pay my bill on line. I have to call in every time to pay my bill. Online line will not recognize my email address or my pass word. system askes me every time I try to log in it wants me to change my password. Which never works
Your online bill pay sucks. Fix it
The technician, Alton, was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very courtyard efficient and took the time to explain what we needed. And even though it was something above and beyond what he was expected to do, he went the extra mile to help us out!
I have had a Culligan Water Softener for almost 40 years. We bought our first one in
Pleasant Valley, NY in 1982. And when we moved to San Jose, CA in 1995, we had
to have one. Now, I have downsized from being in our home for 26 years to a Condo
and I just had one installed. The quality and service is amazing.
We purchased a Culligan Water Softener from Karen Moore in October 2020 and we are vary happy with the purchase. Karen was very helpful and answered all our questions. We also purchased a Culligan Drinking Water system from Karen several years ago and are very happy with that purchase as well.
Ricardo from Culligan installed our new water softener and he did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his work.
Hi! This survey form is incredibly frustrating; it's poorly designed, because when I try to enter "Vetters Culligan Water of Coralville," it won't accept that as my location. Instead, it wants me to scroll through way too many options to find my location. So, your service tech, Jeff Weimar, in Iowa, was FANTASTIC. He walked me through the service, and explained everything he was doing. So, service = great. This survey form = horrible.
